The new CELUM Support Portal is the first stop if you experience problems or have any questions about a CELUM product, i.e., CELUM DAM, DAM extensions and connectors, or our new cloud product Workrooms. If you have feedback or suggestions to our products & processes please do not hesitate to use the support portal as well. CELUM Support Portal:
Ticketing System ... submit tickets, i.e., issues, requests, feedback, etc.
Knowledge Base ... access documentation, Q&A's, etc.
- Submit ticket, i.e., support request, bug, improvements, other question
- Describe your request and upload attachments
- Discuss the issue with your support agent
- Share the issue with one of your colleagues within your organization
- Receive suggestions from the knowledge base before submitting your ticket
- See your previous tickets, or tickets that are shared within your organization (e.g., all tickets your colleagues submitted)
You must be a customer or CELUM partner to gain access to the knowledge base. After you sign up a new user please give us some time to run the verification process.

- Receive suggestions from the knowledge base while submitting a ticket
- Give feedback if a knowledge base article was helpful
