Latest articles shows 'No content found' in support portal landing page

Problem

After logging in as a verified customer or partner the section Latest Articles does not list any articles. 


Solution

Unfortunately this shows as long as there was no additional authentication to the connected knowledge base system, c.f., User must login a second time to gain full access the knowledge base. After authenticating once (logging in) at the Customer Knowledge Base the articles will be listed as expected.
